Plumstead Township

Plumstead located on the eastern portion of Central Bucks County is 27.2 square miles. The hilly rocky terrain is peppered with farms. In addition to being bordered by the Delaware river, the Neshaminy Creek and Tohickon Creek run through the area providing the ideal spot for many outdoor activities. Plumstead includes Carversville (also in Solebury Township,) Cross Keys (also in Doylestown Township,) Curley Hill, Danboro, Dyerstown, Gardenville, Griers Corner (also in Bedminster and Hilltown Townships,) Lumberville, Plumsteadville, Point Pleasant (also in Tinicum Township,) and Wismer. and is part of the Central Bucks School System. Located 40 miles from Philadelphia, and 80 miles to New York City.
