New Hope Boro
New Hope is a 1.4 square mile borough in Bucks County situated on the banks of the Delaware River. Originally known as Coryells Ferry, It got its name after a fire in 1790. The rebuild brought "New Hope" to the area. A popular tourist spot, easily accessible by two bridges to New Jersey. Well known for the Bucks County Playhouse where many broadway shows are tested out. Scenic excursions can be taken on the New Hope Ivyland Railroad. Walk around and visit the many restaurants, antique shops,galleries,take a walk along the canal,or stay and chill in the vibrant night life. New Hope is part of the New-Hope-Solebury School District.
