Dependable, knowledgeable, accessible, & responsive are words her clients use to describe her. With over 20 years in the business, Sue-Ann knows the market, but most importantly, she knows how to listen and put your goals first.

A testament to her abilities is that a large portion of her business is referrals from other real estate agents. Having mentored and coached many agents into success, those in the industry value her work ethic, and integrity to such an extent they entrust their clients to her. In fact she was voted on by her office peers as the most inspirational, and received the cultural ambassador award by the northeast region of Keller Williams.    

Besides her extensive knowledge of all things real estate, Sue-Ann held the role of CEO of a tropical fish wholesale company. After deciding to sell, she artfully packaged it, marketed to the industry, and successfully negotiated multiple offers; closing out with a powerful deal. 

With the Bucks County Life Program she taught parents how to advocate for their children with mental health/educational differences. She brings the same passion to her real estate clients, advocating and negotiating for their best interests.

On the personal side, Sue-Ann believes in staying fit both physically and mentally. Balance is everything. Married to the love of her life, they have 5 children between them- totally did the Brady bunch thing, and 3 beautiful grandchildren. When not selling real estate, Sue-Ann can be found walking, strength training, playing with her grandchildren, traveling (Hawaii & California are favorites), or simply enjoying her family and friends.

Sue-Ann is constantly educating herself on the best ways to serve her clients, attending annual real estate conferences, keeping her finger on the pulse of the industry. In addition to extensive social & internet marketing training, she has earned the accreditations of Buyer Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Associate Broker.
